Return Policy

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]In the event a return has to be made, please note the following protocol:

  1. Please obtain an RMA # by reaching us at within the first two weeks or 15 days from invoice date, for return of product.

The RMA # must be referenced on all correspondence.

  1. When requesting a Return authorization, please advise the reason for the return, date of purchase, your P.O. / Order number and our Invoice number.
  2. Returns cannot be processed without an RMA Number.

All return products must be in their original packaging in a saleable condition, and shipped to us pre-paid to the following address:

  1. Re-stocking Fee is not applicable if the RMA is requested within 2 weeks of product ship date, failing which, a 20% restocking fee is applicable.
  2. RMA’s are valid for 30 days. At the expiration of which, returns cannot be entertained.
  3. Calibration Service Fees if applicable are not refundable.
  4. Refunds are not applicable for Freight/ Shipping or Calibration Services.
  5. Refunds/Credit can only be processed when the above steps are met.

  3. Consumable Items or Accessories such as batteries.

  5. Special Orders ( Custom Orders)
